A National Track Racing Calendar Champion will be crowned in for the Men and Women in both Sprint and Endurance disciplines. Sprinters will compete for points in the Keirin, Match Sprints and Kilo/500m events across the country. The Endurance riders will race the Points Race and Scratch Race. The Endurance Men's competition will also include the Madison.

Riders from around the world are welcome to compete in the FixedGearFever National Track Calendar. The final event of the series is not open to international riders. Should a rider holding a license from outside of the United States be leading in any category and lose the lead to due to racing at the USCF Elite National Championships, a tie will be declared with the international rider and the eventual US winner.
